The German version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. The French and English versions are provided for information purposes only. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

SaarWunderland is a trademark of Visundi GmbH. For the purchase of products, the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) of Visundi GmbH on visundi.com apply.

These terms and conditions govern the use of the saarwunderland.com website and the contractual relationship between Visundi GmbH and its customers. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

SaarWunderland offers photographic books, art editions and aerial photography services. The descriptions, photographs and information concerning the products are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Online sales are handled via our partner visundi.com. Saarwunderland.com serves as a showcase and information portal; transactions are completed on the secure payment platform of visundi.com.

Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included). The VAT applied is the rate in force in Germany:

• 7% for books (German reduced rate)
• 19% for all other goods and services

Payment is made via Stripe (credit card, SEPA) on the visundi.com platform. The order is only validated after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are indicated when ordering. In the event of a delay, the customer is informed as soon as possible. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, without having to give any reason. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years provided by European law. In the event of a defect, we undertake to replace the product or refund the customer, at the customer's choice.

Visundi GmbH shall not be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

All content on the site (texts, photographs, videos, designs, code) is the exclusive property of Visundi GmbH or its partners. Any reproduction, modification or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by German law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Saarbrücken shall have jurisdiction. This clause does not apply to consumers for whom European law provides enhanced protection.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not a member of a consumer mediation procedure and are not obliged to participate in one.

Visundi GmbH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the site. It is advisable to consult this page regularly.
